Why NCERT’s?
Ideally
the start of the preparation should be done with NCERT’s, the reason being that
they are informative and easy to understand. In our daily life also the first
step is to know what things are and only then the details can be looked out.for
example If you learn how to ride a bike, first you look the basic details like
where is the clutch, the brake, the horn etc, how do they work and only in some
course of time you are ready to drive smoothly. The same applies here. NCERT
does also give an idea about the entire subject at hand in a very simple and
lucid manner. The addition follows. Also you should start increasing your
general awareness which can be done by reading a newspaper preferably, a
monthly magazine. This will build up the base of your knowledge and with time things
will keep adding on through small daily acts of hard work and discipline.
